Some stuff

Hey guys, hope you had an exquisite/sublime summer. I thought I'd share a few little things. I've been messing around with my gouaches recently and have begun to dabble in watercolor, which has proven far more difficult than I imagined. To complement the painting, I picked up James Gurney's Color and Light which I've found to be tremendously useful.
Anyways, can't wait to see more of your guys' work!!

Kevin, really happy to see this. Love that you're experimenting with light in every painting, the temple is my favorite.

I realize I never did reply to your other post--I'm glad you thought your decision through, and made the choice that was right for you. What will you be up to this year?

Thanks, man! It's been nice trying something new. And yeah, looking back, I'm glad I decided to wait: lots of time to figure things out. Although, I can't wait to hear from trev and see his work (I'm sure he's thriving).

What are you up to, Kev? Are you back at Cornell?

Yeah dude that top temple is looking so good, I can definitely Gurney's wisdom paying off, might just have to get pick that one up from the library myself... Good stuff man, good stuff, it makes me happy to see your love for dinosaurs hasn't diminished one bit.
