Kev-Ma strikes again. Really neat stuff, both the life and imagination are a blast to look at. I'm curious; for some of your anatomy and figures, it looks like you pretty much nail it with just the contours of the form. Do you generally block in shapes and proportions before, or do you focus more on capturing the contour?
thanks kev, I focus a bit too much on contours, which is bad because I don't think about the construction of the object. I think you definitely need to find a balance between lines and shapes.
